Sally Anne Schneider

CEO
Mrs. Schneider has extensive behavioral health experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has developed specialized programs for children and adolescents, youth with spectrum disorders, geriatric medically-compromised patients, and other niche programs including military families and women’s trauma. She was honored to be a faculty instructor in a Family Medicine Residency helping providers take care of their patients as well as their own family. She has been active on multiple community boards and involved in crisis training to law enforcement (CIT) and first responders. As a family therapist, Sally Anne believes family integration in care is essential and building support systems within communities is critical. She is excited to call Raleigh her new home.

Kevin Markham

CFO
Mr. Markham has more than 20 years of behavioral health experience as a CFO and has worked in hospitals in Alabama, Texas, and North Carolina, including one Fortune 500 company and three startups. He has extensive experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems requiring financial analysis and is skilled in budgeting, KPI development and measurement, revenue cycle management, expense management, and structured growth management. He has an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant
Kevin Markham

Dr. Christopher Arori

Director of Nursing

Christopher Arori, Ph.D. has joined the leadership team as the Director of Nursing.  With over 30 years of RN and Healthcare experience, including a doctorate in Public Health, Dr. Arori has a post-graduate certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In addition to a very impressive list of professional and academic achievements, Dr. Arori is equally active in social issues and community events. Dr. Arori conducted his field/dissertation research into malaria prevention in Kenya and raises funds to finance the tuition needs of college students in the same region. Due to Dr. Arori’s deep faith in the value of education, he founded the Research Triangle College of Health Sciences and Technology in 2013. As the Director of Nursing, Dr. Arori’s impact will contribute to the highest levels of patient care at Raleigh Oaks.

Dr. Carol Gibbs

Medical Director
Dr. Gibbs is a board-certified psychiatrist and the medical director at Raleigh Oaks. She received her BS degree in Zoology from Duke University and completed her medical degree and residency in psychiatry from UNC School of Medicine. She has been practicing psychiatry since 1999 and has a special passion for geriatric medicine and individuals within the SPMI (severe persistent mental illness) population. Dr. Gibbs is married with two adult sons and loves watching football and spending time with family and friends.

Jameel Henderson

Director of Admissions & Referrals
Jameel Henderson has been a registered nurse in North Carolina since 2014.  He received his BSN from North Carolina Central University in 2014 and has been pursuing his master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.  Jameel has over 15 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience including 3 years working with opioid addiction and MAT programs.  Jameel started with Raleigh Oaks as a Unit Nurse before being promoted to the Directorship of the Admissions and Referrals Department.  Jameel’s priorities include ensuring an expeditious timeline from the moment a patient arrives at the facility to the moment they can begin treatment.
Jameel Henderson

Derrick Jackson

Director of Plant Operations
Mr. Jackson has over 15+ years of expertise and experience directing organizational operations as a member of the United Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the Department of State Country Team (Columbia & Peru). During these operations, he provided Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) support and services. He has exceptional expertise in budget planning, logistics, and procurement with demonstrated proficiency in comprehensive analysis and assessment of processes to effect continual improvement in comprehensive operations with continuity of results. Derrick is a member of the Board of Directors for Toxic Free NC Nonprofit and is Raleigh Oaks’ Director of Environment of Care.

Tricia Sudler

Director of Clinical Services
Patricia “Tricia” Sudler is the Director of Clinical Services at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health.  After receiving her master’s degree in Social Work in 2008, she began working with a state inpatient psychiatric hospital as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  With progressive growth through the organization, she achieved the position of Social Work Program Director.  In this role, she oversaw a team of over 30 clinical social workers.  With additional training in substance abuse studies, treatment planning, and a certification in clinical supervision by the NASW, Patricia is an asset to the hospital in her ability to hire, train, and manage an outstanding clinical department.
Tricia Sudler

Will Graham

Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management
William “Will” Graham is the Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health.  Will received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2000.  After nearly eleven years of owning his own chiropractic office, Will brought his interpersonal and analytical skills to the field of inpatient behavioral health.  After over 8 years with a state inpatient psychiatric facility as a Performance Improvement Specialist, Will joined the team at Raleigh Oaks in November of 2022.  Will remains calm yet focused on improving the patient experience and ensuring both safety and regulatory compliance within the facility.

Amber Wilson, LCSW

Director of Utilization Review
As director of utilization review, Mrs. Wilson has 15 years of experience in the social services field with more than 10 years’ experience in healthcare leadership. Amber has been a practicing clinician in several states, earning her BS in Social Work from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her MS in Social Work from the University of Texas in Arlington. Amber has been working in The Triangle area since 2019 and has built strong relationships with local MCOs. Amber’s experience in utilization management, along with the partnerships she’s built, helps support patients in efficient billing practices and minimizing the patient’s out-of-pocket costs.

Teneka Parker​

Executive Assistant
Mrs. Parker has more than 25 years of executive administration experience with a passion for people. She is experienced in providing credentialing and is pursuing more studies in Medical Administration. She has been a NC Notary for almost 10 years and understands how to be compassionate, yet driven. She has great follow through and excels in obtaining data, information and/or documentation to assist with the follow through and is the executive assistant for Raleigh Oaks.
